From which material are the pieces created? All3D printed objects are made of recycled Polylactic acid (PLA). PLA is a biodegradable polymer derived from corn starch, a widely used filament for 3D printing. It also serves as a fossil-free alternative commonly employed in the food packaging industry. I exclusively utilize recycled PLA (rPLA) in the creation of our 3D printed pieces. The recycled PLA (rPLA) filament is made by Reflow from food packaging waste sourced in the Benelux region. By choosing our products, you're not just acquiring unique 3D pieces, but contributing to a more sustainable and eco-friendly future. Care instructions Dust or clean with mild soap and lukewarm water. Avoid abrasive sponges and harsh chemicals that can damage the surface. What is the processing time for my order? Your order will be shipped within approximately 1 to 5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed. Make sure to check your spam folder. Can I cancel or exchange my order? You have the option to exchange or cancel orders that have not been shipped. Please reach out to contact@emilrobbrecht.com. Can I return my item? Yes, you can! For any undamaged and unused products, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will inspect the piece and offer a refund. The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs of the product. My package was damaged during transit. Please reach out to contact@emilrobbrecht.com within 7 days of receiving the order with your name, proof of purchase, description, order number and a picture of the fault.

The shipping cost in Belgium is 6.65 euro. Estimated delivery time in Belgium: 1-2 workdays The shipping cost for other European countries is 15 euros. Estimated delivery time in Europe: 2-4 workdays
