Production times vary per product:

• POSER collection: 6–8 weeks

• DANCER XL: 1–2 weeks

• All other products: 2–5 workdays

Our prices are stated in Euros (€) and include 21% VAT for EU customers.

 

Shipping costs

• Belgium: €6.65

• Other European countries: €12

• Deliveries outside the EU: shipping rates vary. For international shipping enquiries, please contact us.

  • International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes.

Shipping of the POSER floor lamp is calculated individually (based on destination) due to its size and weight. Contact us for a quote.

All orders are shipped with tracking.

Return and refund policy

​

For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund. In addition, please note that custom products are not eligible for return. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs of the product.

Warranty

 

When we receive a valid warranty claim, 7 days after receiving the product purchased from this site, we will either repair the relevant defect or replace the product. If we are unable to repair or replace the product within a reasonable time, the customer will be entitled to a full refund upon the prompt return of the product to us. We will pay for shipment of repaired or replaced products to the customer and the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs of the product.
