Our prices are stated in Euros (€), and please be aware that the shipping cost in Belgium is 6.65 euro. For other European countries, shipping is available at a rate of 15 euros. Applicable customs fees are to be payed on behalf of the customer. Packages will be sent with Bpost.

Estimated delivery time in Belgium: 1-2 workdays

Estimated delivery time in Europe: 2-4 workdays

 

Return and refund policy

​

For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund. In addition, please note the the following products are not eligible for return: sculptural furniture and custom made interior objects (made-to-order pieces are still elegible for a refund). The customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs of the product.

Warranty

 

When we receive a valid warranty claim, 7 days after receiving the product purchased from this site, we will either repair the relevant defect or replace the product. If we are unable to repair or replace the product within a reasonable time, the customer will be entitled to a full refund upon the prompt return of the product to us. We will pay for shipment of repaired or replaced products to the customer and the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs of the product.
